Assess Custom Instructional Content

To make the most of custom course design and development services, we recommend that an analysis of training needs be conducted using tools such as: Skills Analysis to understand existing skill sets and skill gaps, or Learning Needs Analysis to align learning delivery needs with business goals. Assessing custom instructional needs yield content that is appropriate for the learners and the way they learn. This analysis helps identify training requirements necessary to meet departmental goals and provides input to create courses targeted to meet those requirements.

Design Content

LeaderQuest uses information gathered in the analysis phase to create a framework for instructional content development. This framework includes a combination of observable, measurable, and performance based objectives designed to address the job requirements and skill gaps for the targeted audience. The framework also includes formatting strategies for content sequencing, delivery strategies for instructional media use, and recommended target audience grouping strategies based on the complexity of the material. The delivery method(s) are determined by identifying past training successes and considering budget and timelines. Training methods can include e-Learning, printed content, webcasts, mentoring programs, workshops, or blended solution.

Develop Content

After the framwork is designed for the instructional content, the courseware is developed to meet customer specifications. Using the analysis results and the design frameword, we create targeted learning content using the more approporiate format and deliver in several ways including:
