LeaderQuest began in the early 1990s as a Colorado based IT outsourcing firm then called Hensmann Technology. They provided IT outsourced support services and solutions for small to mid-sized companies before the .com boom.
Evolution of IT training
In 2001, LeaderQuest's training services evolved in response to the growing demand for certified/ accredited IT professionals. Today, LeaderQuest has become a premier full-service IT training, certification, and career services provider having trained and placed thousands of individuals in IT careers across a Range of top tier companies.
Present Day
In today's increasingly changing economic landscape, there are two industries that have continued to expand with record careers in demand: Healthcare and IT. At any given time in the Colorado Front Range economy, there are over 2,000 IT jobs available to qualified candidates. - Microsoft Windows 2003 Administration and Engineering (MCSA, MCSE)
- Cisco Network Administration and Engineering (CCNA, CCNP)

Legitimacy through accreditation and affiliation
LeaderQuest is a Microsoft, Cisco, and Skillsoft partner accredited by the state of CO department of higher education division of private occupational schools. All of our training programs support an Associates or Bachelors level college credit through our partnerships with Pima Community College, University of Phoenix, and Drexel University. After our program graduates become certified and employed with their company of choice, they can take advantage of their employer's tuition reimbursement policies to attain an even higher levels of education, having already attained employment via certification.
Financial Support
In additional to your employer's tuition assistance programs, we provide a broad range of student financial support services including:
- Sallie Mae Financial (http://www.salliemae.com/) allows students to defer payments until after training and for up to 15 years. We can even arrange for a co-borrower to help secure your loan.
- GE money offers no interest and no payments for 12 months.
- LeaderQuest is also Montgomery GI Bill approved.

Career Services and Placement
Since 2001, Over 94% of the individuals who have attained their certification through our program have been placed in an IT career. We have a staff of dedicated Career Services professionals whose job is to open job opportunities to our students and to provide assistance with resumes, cover letters, and interview coaching. We place with large organizations such as HP, Lockheed Martin, IBM, Time Warner, Qwest, and the US Army.
