George Cohlmia, Chief Executive Officer
George is a technology executive with 20 years of
experience in building and leading high performance organizations
that deliver breakthrough results through learning and knowledge
innovations. George has helped several market leaders
including Accenture, Avaya, Microsoft, and Sun Microsystems
break into new markets and drive profitable revenue growth through
learning technology and service innovations. George holds an MBA
from University of Kansas and a BSEE from Wichita State
University.
Richard Ray, President
Richard is a learning and sales executive with over 24
years experience in creating and leading high growth technical
organizations delivering best in class results through strategic
planning and focused execution. Richard has held executive
leadership roles with AT&T, Avaya Inc. and Lucent Technologies,
including new business ventures, global learning and strategic
outsourcing.
Richard holds a BS in Finance from University of Arizona.
Bryan VanSickle, Vice President of Corporate
Sales
Bryan VanSickle is a co-founder of Hensmann Learning and
spearheads the company's corporate sales functions. Bryan has
been a consistent top performer in selling and delivering corporate
training and educational consulting services for over 14 years.
Most recently, Bryan served as Vice President of Sales for
ExecuTrain. Bryan has also held sales and sales management
positions with Integrate Technology Institute and MCI. Bryan holds
a BA in Marketing from University of Colorado.
Bruce Stassen, Director of Operations
Bruce is responsible for all service delivery and quality
functions including supply chain management, vendor alliances, and
service excellence initiatives. Most recently, Bruce served as
operations Manager for Integrate Technology
Institute. Bruce has also held various operational
leadership and corporate strategy roles. Bruce holds a BS in
Computer Science and Accounting from Sioux Falls College.
Daniel Ashkar, Director of Staffing
Dan is responsible for developing LeaderQuest's global
staffing business. Dan is a marketing and
operations executive with over 10 years of experience
developing and delivering key operational targets through
consultative selling and networking. Dan began his career in 1997
with Johnson & Johnson where he drove record sales with
J&J. Later, Dan started and sold a successful ad
publishing venture serving small and mid sized businesses
throught the U.S. Dan holds a BA in Biochemistry from CU Boulder
and an MBA from CU Denver Graduate School of Business
